Dude, you're so correct in everything you have said! Yes, you are correct about appearance with personal and neighborhoods presentation. I've observed too that residents in any neighborhood be it Black, White, or otherwise you are scrutinize by them, I've also experienced this in a Japan neighborhood in Japan. Excellent presentation about crime I've never been able to put this into words. Popular society beliefs say it doesn't matter how a person presents themselves but it does matter. Great work, really.
