I have faced it many times and scientifically its called sleep parallelisis and it feel awkward coz i are awake from ur mind and ur ur trying to move or speak nothing happens like somebody is holding in a way that body is stuck . Slowly i realised that hanuman chalisha works best and 2nd u when ever it will happen next time read hanuman chalisha an then try to move ur body in a very power and speed way (jhatak k) that will help to realise ur body coz when u normal move u will feel somebody is holding u tight . It worked for me hope it will work with u too and dnt get pannic in this situation
