- When Hoyt sent over the new Alpha X 33 to test, they added one accessory I've been eager to try for quite some time - the Hoyt Go-Stix. Specifically, the new Go-Stix 2.0.
I've never had a bow stand that worked well on a hunting bow before, so I was excited to install the Go-Stix and check them out.
Thank you to Canada Archery Online for letting me record this video in yoru shop. www.canadaarch...
Lucas I thought the legs were hard to adjust at first but then realized if you just loosen the screw a half turn on them then pull straight down on the legs and swing them to the position you want ,and not outward they adjust easily, I too thought you had to really loosen them then pull out on them at an angle but that’s not how they are designed to be adjusted. Hope this helps
Exactly the same comment I came here to type. He'll figure it out 👍 Only improvement I can think of is if they could somehow make them ANY lighter. But not sure that's possible. Awesome product. Ask your Hoyt dealer for his "cash price." 😉
@@PAKraigI think they could make them lighter by using more carbon or magnesium alloy. I'm currently not using mine because I didn't like how my bow balanced and the extra weight. Still going to play with them more and see if I can make them work.
@@douglasvaughn9530 I'm mostly impressed by how they don't vibrate AT ALL! Very well built
Thank you. I’ll keep messing with them.
The new Go-Stix's are great. Have them on my Alpha X 33 with a 6" front bar. Can tilt the bow forward with the cams elevated...
I agree 100%. In the Hoyt demo they work smooth like butter
Thanks for sharing…I like how you can use the stabilizer position 👌🏻
I have the first gen go stix n I like them
I have them as well but don't like that they use the cam as a 3rd leg.
