In this video, I demonstrate how to take apart your PS4 and give it a deep cleaning, so that it can run much quieter, and also much cooler, potentially extending the lifespan of the components inside your PS4.

Witch one should I get the artic silver 5 or the one u got artic silver MX-4

I recommend you get the mx-4, unless it’s harder for you to get than the Arctic silver 5. There should only be a tiny difference in the temperatures depending on which you get. But since the price difference between them is very small, might as well do this process as well as possible with the superior paste, Mx-4, if you can find it.
