Question got a 23 Freightliner cascidia it only leaks when loading and bouncing or bounce down road something is leaking had it in all kinds of shops deals company repair shop cant find. But its general getting worse.still cant find now it go in red with all knobs pulled out.only leaks on blue side most of time while loading. Any idea 💡.

No it happened Saturday when levling control valve broke and all of my air came out of the air bags fixed the valve but started hearing and feeling vibration noise and a clunking noise everytime I hit a bump
Thanks for the vid. My air bags leveling valve dumps the air and deflated my air bags while driving down the road. Both in empty and loaded. I thought it might be a bad switch in the cab. Any ideas?
Road Service - it doesn’t. But if I turn the truck off and on it corrects itself and inflates the air bags. After your vid i have pinched the air dump hose line and it hasn’t happened again.
I think it would have to be between a bad leveling valve or bad EOA valve. Possibly the switch. You should be able to easily test the switch by disconnecting it and manually testing the wires in whatever way they connect in order to dump or build suspension.
Demn if I watched this video before, I took my truck to the kw dealer in ma and this idiots changed the level valve for no reason then the truck keep on dropping the air out wild I was driving And took it back they said they couldn't find anything wrong They charged me 1500 dollars for doing nothing

Will that cause vibration an noise and make the truck feel like you have no air in th bags but do
peppaboy9 do you have air in your bags? And if so is it a shake in the front end as well or do you just feel it in the rear ?

If it has slowly been progressing I will get the carrier bearing and you joint checked but if it just started happening definitely a tire issue

Angel Rodriguez check to see if the valve is allowing air into the leveling valve

What if they are over inflated?
Take the rods off and spin it 360 it should bring it back to normal or your gonna have to replace it but you should be able to adjust it

I have a volvo fh 13 euro 5 it's sometimes it dumps all the on the right hand side i don't know why
It dumps all the air out on the right hand side and fills it up when it feels like
