I have never played Rust. I've watched hundreds of hours of Rust cheaters being dealt with though.
And even I know which side of the wall faces out. Cheaters are truly the lowest IQ group as a collective.
If i ever seen an admin blow up someones base, i would rush to find building materials and tools, then setup a 2X1 with an airlock and behgin to store loot once secure.

It would be fun if you and another admin were to do an "open home" with a cheater base. One of you playing realtor and talk the other into buying the base. Comes with chattles and its close to schools and monuments. Either completely ignore the cheaters or treat them like tenants that haven't paid rent.
Also when cheaters go out on a quick run, quickly build a new 'shell' over their base as quick as you can and set off some boom to lure them back.
Would also be fun to have a plugin that auto flashbangs them when they target a player lol
