I think I understand the storyline. So basically when they were kids the dad gifted the favored daughter a pare of lucky earrings that somehow make her super lucky and her sister is for some reason unlucky. I think what TROOM TROOM was trying to illustrate in this video is how their diy clover earnings made sister 1 luckier then sister 2. The opening of the video where sister 1 receives flowers when she opened the window and sister 2 being splashed with water when she opened her window( which took me back to how a lot of American films I have watched used being splashed with water as bad luck) to display the difference in luck they both have even though they are "twins" living similar lives. After that, a childhood memory (to show where the shift started) where the two sister received presents for their birthday. Sister 1 received the clover earrings and sister 2 the Playstation. Immediately after sister 1 wore the clover earrings and asked for the Playstation, she got it. Displaying the good "luck" she got from the clover earnings. Again in the shower. The reference of the Leprechaun's gold. Where sister 1 showered with gold glitter and sister 2 had green liquid instead of clean water. The favourable scenarios towards sister 1 over sister 2 play out throughout the whole video before the end. Notice how throughout the whole video she was wore the clover earnings. But in end, when she got caught she wasn't wearing the clover earnings.
