for me its 100 pulls for qiubai, got 4x6*, 3 of which is lin (dupe), lee (new), eyja/suzuran i forgot (dupe) and finally qiubai on the last 10 pulls. at first those 100 pulls was saved for yalter tho... luckily i got yalter on 40 pulls after used all the saved OP and gold cert from qiubai event
tbh its a blessing that global are still behind the CN server, we can have a foresight on what came in the future XD on azur lane, all 3 server are like hours apart not month anymore so going all out can sometimes scary eventhough resource for pulling banner are not that scarce there.

These are some pretty OP spooks and quite a good haul despite hitting pity.
