I've struggled with a bad past.
The gym provides a routine, builds confidence, social interactions and friendships, encourages healthy eating and lifestyle and lifting weights is a good way to control aggressiveness.
For some people the gym can be a life saver.

I know from personal experience what the gym can do for someone suffering from mental health issues. What an amazing man this guy is.

I missed my gym and my training ppl too...gyms don't only training bodies but very much social contacts.
It's a shame, Johnsons fine (no matter how low or high) gets paid from ours tax money and don't destroy his
    livehood.

British HERO fined for humanitarian selflessness 😢When you look at the low numbers who’ve viewed this in 12 months you can see what kind of a CAPTURED country we are all living in - welcome to 1984

Its the algorithm,it automatically makes a video hard to find if you show any backbone against tyranny.
      Its called "shadow banning" apparently.
They allow you to post but its buried at the bottom of the pile, whilst the mindless banal shyte gets maximum push 😭🤣😂😆
