Funny thing is “Insomnia” is a mental illness brought on due to being born with high amount of adrenaline with that these emotions are what makes “Insomnia” the worst 1) happiness 2) fear/anxiety 3) anger basically the emotions that are a part of the diagnostic criterion of hypomania & mania!
