This always felt like such an early Hip-hop vibe to me.
At the beginning Frankie is sounding like hes older but not fully i like this middle ground voice

This song is so strange.. he's being whitewashed. His voice is on the edge of disappearing. Still, it sounds good. Too bad he didn't have better material.
