I agree - the amount of guys that I have met who will do something creepy and harassing thinly veiled as a joke - the people who he is talking to genuinely feel uncomfortable, scared and confused - the intent being a joke doesn't change the fact that the behaviour is genuinely pretty gross to want to creep people out and make them scared when they are on a walk

Yeah seems like someone who wants to be creepy but thinly guises it as ironic - the people in the video don't get the context he is making content it seems, so the creepy behaviour discomfort and potential fear is real for them - it's really twisted to call it a prank if you are genuinely making someone feel like if they won't respond politely something bad will happen
