Glad to see it’s still thriving!

Almost like a cheesesteak technique. That’s what that strange sauce looking thing may have been. I remember thinking it was pretty unique!
In terms of your rant, at least in my opinion, doing multiple videos a week is better because it gives more for the viewer to watch, and it separates it into a variety of foods. Even if you do a smorgasbord with a variety of food, it's easier for a viewer to consume shorter videos with different types of food. Also, it's just more relaxing for a viewer to get to see multiple videos of you a week.
I think your upload schedule is fine as it is. I much prefer people eating in normally sized portions with consistent uploads, rather than too much food/they look like they're stuffing themselves to the brim

A lot of mukbang channels seem to go huge with their meals and calories, and while it is neat to an extent, I think what makes you special is that you keep it simple. The simplistic, chill style of your videos is what makes you stand out to me over other eating channels. It keeps you down-to-earth. Just my opinion, thanks for the content!
I feel as if most of your viewers here don't come to your channel to just watch you eat massive meals. We like your mini reviews and chats while you eat a regular meal. So I definitely vote for the 3 regular videos as opposed to the massive "smorgusborgus" or whatever you call it lmao.
Some food can also be excellent at the restaurant, but kinda so-so/disappointing delivery/to-go. So I try to avoid rating places just on the latter experience.
I watch you because you enjoy good food as much as I do. No reason for a crazy smorgasbord of food if you ain't feeling it. So eat what ya want when ya want and record it for us.
