6/2004, Ruffland website shows it now sells dog crate mats but it doesn’t have any of the sizes in stock? 🤷🏼‍♀️
I love this idea of the anti-fatigue mat. Now you have me wondering if the anti-fatigue mats sold for behind bars would work (has holes).

Very helpful. Just ordered 2 crates, couldn't find a video on what mats to get. Thanks!

    I highly recommend primo pads!

Thanks again for this. I bought two Medium roughland kennels & did this from those anti fatigue pads. Just a slight smaller then the whole bottom. Enough to cover the raised area plus a tiny bit more. Thinking gonna get 2 small kennels also. This is for transporting puppies from a friend who is a breeder. Gonna try to make a fan like you have on yours that your dad made (at least 2 or 3 of them). Thanks again for your great idea. The parts on the bottom exposed still not covered by pad will put animal shaving in there to help absorb wetness for the puppies. I used a good knife & took all of about 10 seconds to cut these out after I marked the first one off.

I like this. I have been checking out a few of your video's on the ruffland crates. Home depot probably would have cut them for you. My one question do those pads you made radiate heat at all?

I'm sorry I didn't see this until today! I don't find that they hold onto the heat

Puzzle piece mats ( black) on Amazon primary colors and Pastel in Dollartree and Walmart. I like what you did with the anti-fatigue mat. Did the puppy chew on it? I’m having visions of foam shed all in my kennel! 🐾🐾

My GSD is an angel and has never chewed anything. The lab... haha yes he got it upside-down and dug at it till it started to shred. He now has a PrimoPad in his car crate and it's working wonderfully for him.

Is this thick enough to prevent sagging at the border of floor? (where water drains). We're trying to get an almost if not totally flat surface.

No the mat is definitely bendable so it won't stay completely flat. It is going to bend into the sides

What kind of dog breed is the dog? We adopted a puppy and he looks exactly the same!?

I did an Embark DNA test on Juneau and she's a German Shepherd 😊

No concerns about puppy/dog chewing the anti-fatigue rug? Thanks!

I have a dog that doesn't chew anything so it's tough to say.
With the shape of the bottom of the Rufflands it would harder to get a grip on the corners because they push down along the outside. Also it's in the car crates, not in the house crate where she may be unattended for hours
