The only thing that I see that is at all lacking is fiddles for the stovetop. Pans would fly off of that nice flat, slippery stove at the first sign of rough seas. Otherwise I would absolutely love to own that boat!

Emulating French charter coastal sailboats and removing the navigation table does not suit a sailboat that claims to be a blue water sailboat. Shipyards that build serious blue water sailboats know the difference between a coffee table and a navigation table.

Yes all of our boats capture the toilet discharge in a holding tank of 40-60 US gallons. Thank you for your interest.

V head is brilliant. But why not do built in armchairs like HR does?
Did you see the twins captains chairs. They are on 4-way adjustable bases and work very well for comfort and usability
