I love Flatbread pizza, I like to use roma tomatoes cut paper thin, drizzle with olive oil, a dash of salt n pepper, then chopped Fresh basil, some rotisserie chicken, and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese, my husband likes a little bbq sauce or ranch on his.... but I like it as is, and you don't need tomato sauce when the tomatoes are cut super thin.... so delicious! When I make lasagna just the same way you do I do not put water in the tin and it comes out just fine. Just figured I would let you know. Just remember to put sauce in the bottom of the pan when you start stacking.

Next time you do basil, tomato’s and mozzarella, brush the crust with olive oil and garlic powder or chopped up garlic. So good! (No sauce)
