Cool simple but effective design. I take it they are willing to pay £10 when it is less than 5 months old? Based on the ride price calculator that Marcel refers to, you would need to drop the price to about £7 after that point in time, just as you did.
Yeah, then drop again after 13 months. Usually at that point money isn't really a concern in most scenarios.
