The majority of the Around the Backyard Motorcycle Adventure is all caught by Forcite's built-in helmet camera! Yes, you heard correctly, it's BUILT-IN - mic and all!!
Please note however that all batteries die, and after spending 5+ hrs on the road the Forcite helmet needs to be recharged which is why you'll see the GoPro strapped up. Even then the batteries in the GoPro needed to be changed every hour.
We recharged everything every day, even while in our tents. This gives you a good indication of how long we were actually on the road travelling every day of the 14 days.

Just found this channel and all I can say is seriously wtf. Can’t believe you don’t have more subscribers than this...who at CZcams did you piss off man?
Content and quality is on par with the elite. It has to be a matter of time at this point. Keep up the awesome work, really glad I found your channel!
Story of my life bro 😣 - but thanks heaps for this. Luckily I enjoy creating and will keep pushing 🙏🙏👊
It's good to see you again, and glad you loved the trip. I grew up out at Condobolin back in the 1950s/60s - life in those towns was OK, and we all survived it. My wife grew up on the coast and I remember once we were touring out west and the landscape opened up to flat country and she said, 'How can anyone live out here?' As she was saying that I was thinking, 'It feels like home.'
Riding that soft bulldust can be tricky and sometimes it's as fine as talc powder. A group of mates and I did 160 kms of it from Willcannia to Ivanhoe many years ago, all on big road bikes. Only one bike out of six came a cropper in a patch almost knee deep. And on a recent trip out to Broken Hill I came home through Condo to check out the old home town. The GPS on my phone brought me down from Cobar over 160 kms of dirt road that went from OK to 'this used to be a road' bad - I was on a 400 kg Indian Springfield. Have since decided on a Triumph Tiger 900, should arrive this week. :)
Wow what a time! You definitely need the right wheels for this job hey. I never know how harsh the conditions were out there. Thanks heaps for sharing this and congrats on the new purchase!
Found this on the triumph scrambler 900 facebook page. Cant wait to see more
Sick man! Stoked 🙏👊
I recently went on a year 12 outback trip. Cannot wait to return to the outback of Australia. Great video series mate!

Nicely done! I can't wait for more! I ride a Triumph Bonnie T120. Ive wondered about taking longer trips on my Bonnie. Guess I have the right bike?? Keep up the videos! Also, it nice to watch guys acting normal...not like jerks. Thank you!!!
That thing will be perfect on long trips! Maybe not so much off road though, that really takes it out of your bike. And thank you 🙏
T120 will be great on the road with a Long Haul touring screen! Thanks for the nice comment; Rob is the best partner I could have rode with! We're just having fun and trying to inspire other like minded riders!
Beautiful! Ready for the next :D!
Came here after your recommendation
Thanks heaps for the support bro!
I have the Icon Mesh AF for those crazy hot days, won't block the dust or dirt but it helps a great deal with major heat.
Stay safe

Only just found this, and I'm in awe, of the ride, the editing, the narrative, a d cinematography. I know what I have to aspire to, and if I can get half as good I'd be happy chap.
I can watch this and imagine myself doing that trip....but the reality is I will NEVER get to ride them roads, but its now becoming to be top of my bucket list. All the best from Lancashire, England

Talking about getting out of the bubble, it looks like you brought the bubble with you with all that luggage🤓, good stuff man, keep enjoying the out doors.
Haha.. Vlog lyf. Thanks heaps dude
Love the country towns man. I used to hate them as a kid. Now I love driving through them! can't wait to do a trip like this around Aus!
Haha same bro! Funny how things change hey

@@MotoFeelz I can't imagine. Lol. Looking forward to the rest of the series.
One of the best moto vlogs to start 2022. Keep it up guys👍🏻
Rob, this trip is outstanding!! Damn I'm inspired, I'm patiently waiting for my new bike to arrive, not soon enough!! And I'll do this for sure, just wicked mate, just wicked!!
Outstanding work!!!! You have talent my friend! Creation at its best ! Well done ! New subscriber! Came from Bicasso and Throttle down under!
Thanks for joining man! 🙏🙏
Amazing beginning of a long journey!
Rob ur all vlogs are superb
Love from India 🇮🇳
Thank you!
Can't wait for the next one!
Better get to work! 😬😬
Great work! I have 3 questions:
1. How do I convert my 4 stroke into a 2 stroke and back? Do I just add oil to my fuel?
2. What’s the triangular thing on your handlebars? Is it a forcite thang?!
3. How did you do that awesome map graphic? I tried google earth but it doesn’t do the fly through using an actual map/roads 🤷🏽♂️
Again, great work!
1. 20/50, extra virgin, pretty much anything on the fuel will make it run like a 2 stroke.
2. It is a forcite thing - check out the unboxing vid for more info
3. I used a free map website thingy called Traverous.
And thank you! 🙏
@@MotoFeelz 😂👏 let’s hope no one reads that and actually tries it 😜😂
🤙
Damn, inspirational to say the least
Stoked to hear it bro 🙏🙏
Fast becoming my favorite channel! Definitely looking forward to doing likewise those year and getting my Ducati scrambler out for a few adventures! Once restrictions are lifted here in the uk🙏
Love it bro! Inspired to take my scrambler out now. Cheers from NZ
Get it out there man!
I know its a bit old already, but that's a nice video man. Nice story, footage and narration.
Well done. Look forward to more ;)
That looks awesome dude, really enjoyed it.
Stoked man! Epsiode 2 out on Sunday!
New to your channel. Came from Throttle Downunder’s interview. Awesome concept man.
Thanks heaps bro! They’re both legends 🙏
Awesome camera work & great adventure. 1 question how was the exhaust noise did it get on ur nerves after a while?
Thanks heaps man. Not at all. I mostly rode with earplugs the entire time due to wind noise (sitting at 110kph for hours at a time causes serious damage). But usually while I’m cruising it’s not loud at all. It’s the best system. Crack the throttle and people will know about you 👌
I’m hooked.
Haha awesome! Make sure to share!
Thanks brother from India
My pleasure! Glad you dug it!
mmmm me thinks you were trolled by the locals (jumping king browns) lmfao!!!! typical city slicker...... catchya buddy!!
Awesome vid guys, memorable trip. Buy the way off topic, where did you get your ring on your left hand. ?? 👍🏼 🇦🇺 👍🏼
Clocks & Colours!
Nice drone fotage..this is soooo australia😂🇦🇺
What was the final verdict on the Forcite helmet? What were the caveats if any and good and bad points? Your channel is great and I’m just getting through some of this awesome content - loving the camera angles and cuts from the air and all over the bike - really great stuff!
Just watched this video I’m from gollgowi you would have went through there to get to hillston it’s beautiful country out there tho you can see for kilometres
came for the scrambler review, watching a few more eps now.. but I got say, you "look like/sound like" if Peter McKinnon and Brody (YBS) merged together... it's a bit freaky. 😅😂😂
Not sure if this is a compliment orrrrr..
Thanks for hanging
@@MotoFeelz 😅 Ahahha not complaint. It's just you have the manerism of McKinnon and sound like Brody, it's just one of those things, not bad just freaky. 😵😁😅
Sick Triumph hat man, where do I get one of those?
Not too sure man - Nik bought it for me haha
Ohhhh man, Suzuki Baleno is everywhere 😂
They’re taking over!
I was wondering what kind of headlight you using? I have 2019 street scrambler and my headlight is really really Dim. Love ur videos
amazing! hope u do a review of all the mods u did/ wether the windshield was good
Thats the plan! Many reviews following up this trip!
“How do people live out there”, money is typically good because no one wants to live out there and do the jobs, rent is very cheap (sometimes) and not many outgoing costs as there is not much to spend money on 👌🏻
Hi there !
I am watching your episods, there are awesome !
I've just bought the same bike. Can't wait to hit the road :D
But I have a question for long road trip with heavy luggage. I've seen you don't have side bag on the right side because of the exhaust but you put one on the left anyway. Doesn't it change too much the balance of the bike ?
Thanks for your answer :)
Thanks heaps man, hope you’re digging the series!
It doesn’t at all man. Maybe a little in the dirt but other than that I was sweet!
Hi Rob, just about to get a Scrambler sandstorm. Will need a screen on it so how did that flyscreen of yours perform? I’m the same height as you from your pre-trip vid at 5ft 10” so would be interested to know if it deflected the wind above your helmet?
Not too much over my helmet.. Maybe to my forehead. Ducking behind the shield works best
Hi. Great video. Could you pls tell me what that "thingy" (triangle) is on your handlebar? Visible a 16 min in the left frame. Thank you.
It's the remote control for the Forcite smart helmet
Which camera were you using for the helmet
How are you finding the helmets?
nice video, but i wonder why aren't you use the camera on the helmet it would be lighter tho ?
The battery died. It was still early stages. The batter outlasts a gopro more than 2X now
you got a forcite helmet but using a gopro
dang🔥
Thanks bro 🙏
How many batteries did you go through with that gopro
Probably like 3. Had them charging on the fly
what Triumph's are you riding?? Model and Year??
Mines a 18 Street Scrambler
Nik’s is a 2008 1050 Tiger
I did have to change tyre's and full service to make the 2008 Tiger 1050 capable! Check out the preparation video's for a more in depth breakdown!
Vlog is on that Casey neistat level. !!!!!!!!
Sooooo much appreciation for this thank you!
Really enjoyed this.
If you get a chance, check out the movie "Wide of the Mark".
It's a doco about riding around Tassie.
Oh yea man i was there at the Sydney premier. So dope. Helps to have a full film crew and support vehicles
#reddirtride
Haha correct
I live in Broken Hill and thought you guys where soo inexperienced and overloaded. The reason your bikes handled like shit was because they where soo incorrectly packed. You are describing a great story on paper, when you translate it into real terms your keeping me entertained until the Royal Flying Doctor is flown in.
As long as you were entertained
