what do you mean musa doesnt have an eva passive, im positive he does, isnt a perma 10% passive?
He meant that, excluding skill addons, musa doesn't have any passive skills that buffs his eva unlike striker getting 9% eva for some secs as he uses spiral canon

0:52 Musa does have +10% all evasion from the Sword Training passive. I'm hoping that with the DR and Evasion rework that Musa either becomes good with Evasion or they change the passive to give some DR cause the class is simply too squishy for having just 2 long cooldown s.
Perhaps I could have worded this part better. What I was meaning was that Musa doesn’t have an extra eva passive applied while using abilities. For example striker gets 9% extra evasion buff for using Spiral cannon.
