Escon Elevator (with rare NS button disabled) in a hotel in India 09/Dec/2018 インドのＮＳボタン付エレベータ

This elevator was originally designed with NS (Non-Stop) button, but actually no need to use and its function seems disabled.
インドのとあるホテルのエスコン製エレベータには、元来ノンストップ（ＮＳボタン）がついた設計になっていたようですが、現在は不要のため、押しても反応しません。
Fabricante de este elevador es Escon in India. Es un hotel in India y este elevador tiene un botón "NS" que significa "sin parar", no obstante este botón ya no es necesario y no reacciona aunque lo pulse varias veces.

The NS (NonStop) button will be functional ONLY when the lift is in ATT (Attend) Mode and the Lift should be MAINTAINED by OEM.
