You should add an update about input monitoring for non-focused tracks, which is enabled by default in Ableton but not in Logic. You have to untick "focused track only" in the Audio>General options in Logic. Took me ages to work this one out!
hey, im having an issue with my mic, the sound -mostly- comes out of the right side (some of it comes out the left) and I have the pan balance knob set to zero. Would you know how to fix this?

I just updated my Mac to the latest to see if that helps, not sure how to get the most recent software for UA? I’m using an SM7B and it’s not getting a signal on the channel 1 strip for audio and not outputting and I do have output and input settings under preferences in logic selected to use my UA Interface via thunderbolt connection and all it says is failed I’ve tried closing and re opening UA and Logic no dice please help someone?!! 😩

Hi i got a new computer transferd scarlet from old computer to the next the scarlet working perfectly fine on my old computer picks up vocals, but since i plug it into my new computer everything seems ok, everything comes up accept, when i record, the red bar comes up but its not picking up no vocals, but if i dont record and say i click my fingers it picks up the sound as u see the light flashing, im im very confused😥pls could u help

My audio interface detects the microphone, so might not be my audio interface. On the other hand, I have a Pre amp and that also detects my microphone. I have spent hours in this issue. So I created a second guitar track with the same settings as the first, but only the first track has sound. The input is being registered on the second track, there just isn’t any output. I tried sending it through a separate output, but there was also no luck there. Anyone have a solution?

Figured it out, if u end up having my problem it’s most likely the interface. If not contact logic(apple) support

This happened to me once too, restart your computer and make sure you have advanced options on by going to Logic Pro x>preferences>advanced tools
