I'd say the Festool OF2200 is the best router on the market by far in my opinion, but this cordless one looks absolutely fantastic! I've been looking at either this one or the Milwaukee so this video is timely!
Mafell 1/2 router much better than festool but this gives both a run for its money if its cordless

Great test, men. I had been worried about the power of this delightful tool but no longer. However, I wish that it had a fine depth adjuster set and just as excellent dust extraction as performance. As you two are in the trades, what do you think?

@@LluisTheWoodWorker you're right but they only sell the really old and outdated saws here. There are 8 newer and better saws that we can't buy here
I like it a lot. I did remove the standard base because I think the router bit hole is way too large, makes it a but wiggly for some edge routing. Instead I made a few bases with various size holes and a pair with an offset base which makes the router much better handling for edge/chamfers. Gives me much better balance when rounding corners. Powerwise I have no complaints, I have run it with large chamfer bits that barely clear the standard base hole - no problem! Great power. Dust collection is not class leading, cough cough but it is manageable.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Hitachi tools I currently have. They consist of the C12RSH miter saw, the NT50AE2 Brad nailer, and the SB 8V2 belt sander. I am in the market for a palm router, and this plunge router combo with the palm router is very interesting to me but my biggest concern is I haven't seen any accessories here in the US to go with the palm router, guides, additional bases, etc. This new multi volt lineup seems awesome to me for phasing out, when the time comes, my current (red) 18v platform which only consists of drivers. Does anyone know if Metabo HPT has or is going to have "accessories" to support the palm router here in the US. I am really impressed with the Hikoki palm router and have thought about getting it from Japan along with a 1/4 inch collet. Any help would be appreciated on my questions.
