Sir, you inspired me to buy ukulele and so far I am enjoying playing around with it and really am able to replace a lot of my bad habits. Thanks for posting all these videos, without these I would have never discovered how beautiful a simple instrument can sound. I've heard that a ukulele is relatively easy to learn so I decided to give it a try. And the legato you explained in this video seems so cool but is there any way a complete beginner like me can learn and practice to switch chords smoother in fingerstyle? Thanks in advance😊
Of course, that's what my Prep-Grade course is meant for. Send me a private message at mustafa@mkfingerstylebasics.com I have Prep-Grade + Technique Essentials bundled up as 2 intro courses for absolute beginners at a really cheap price so that will be your solution! all the best!

That's an interesting D7 chord, it's the 3, 5, and 7, but with no root! Is that because for Prep-Grade, it's an easier fingering?
Yes, ukulele and 4 stringed instruments have many instances of 'implied' harmony. This chord isn't technically a D7 but from context we know it is otherwise the harmony wouldn't fit or make sense from a theoretical perspective. In implied harmonies the missing tone is there somewhere either in the following beat or in the overall context (like a drone for example)
Glad you noticed!!
Hello, how many sessions for ukulele fingerstyle lessons can you recommend?
Hey, what do you mean by sessions? Like lessons? It will be hard to say each person is different. My course does the job at a much clmuch cheaper cost than private lessons, check it out www.ukulelefingerstylebasics.com
@@MKFingerstyleAcademy Im planning to have a private lessons with you. to be specific I want just to add something or improve my arrangement the way you arrnage "In the end" something like putting licks .or classical licks
Hey if that's the case I'd say one or two sessions? it depends on how complete your original arrangement is and what ornaments we can add to it. Which song do you already arranged? In The End is quiet special I'm glad you found it!! you should checkout Gorillaz Feel Good it is in the same vibe (with the rap verse)
I sent a message on Instagram yesterday. I hope to hear back (7/9/24) tks!
Hi, was it the question about Kingdom Hearts?
