@mckinley1175 The FBI training academy is housed within the Quantico Marine base and FBI training is actually very similar to military training. FBI agents get far better training than local police officers. The FBI also has many different branches: some deal with drug dealers, others with serial killers, or sex crimes, or gangs, or the Mafia, or intel gathering in other countries (which is what this particular video covers), etc.

They act more as combat support than as "soldiers", but if you were to fit them into a category I would say their like Special Operations operators.
