    Bhumi ji...maine bhi 3 mahine me 10 kg weight km kiya h sirf walk se or 16 hour fasting se..jisme walking 20 km daily 5 km ki speed se or mitha chhod diya oil utna hi khati hu.. subh 10 baje nasta krti hu...naste me bhune chne black coffee or 2 egg leti hu .. Lunch 2 baje bharpet khati hu uske bad dusre din hi nasta karti hu

    Instead of fasting/skipping dinner for weight loss, it is better to have a light soup made from any dal (tuvar, moong etc)
    Adding lauki to soup
    Plus any greens - palak/methi/tandaliya etc
    Makes it wholesome, protein, fiber & greens rich
    Very light yet fulfilling

    A planned diet and good excercise makes one healthy. But we should not fix short goals to achieve this because we may have to go through health issues. Lately people are doing these types and heart attack rates in youngsters are increasing. So let's do it in planned and Bhumi way. Stay healthy and happy

    For the first time i found u saying something totally wrong.ask any renowned nutritionist.. it's always 70% diet and 30% exercise.i am myself on weight loss journey..and going very slow and steady i lost 10 kg in last 5 months coz i am in no rush.i eat healthy food..i am medically not fit that's why i use diet and eat healthy.its about eating right not about eating less..
