As someone who’s jointly learning asl and training to be a speech therapist to help deaf/hoh kids communicate, i love this video SOOOO MUCH!! mr. neo growing up so fast!! (also his ‘circle blue’ signs were some of the cutest i’ve ever seen!!)
After identifying colors and numbers my smart and handsome Neo affirms he has done a "good job"✔ 😍❤. Hearing his voice is a wonderful sound, his speech gets clearer daily👏 ❤
I love seeing this. ❤ My 12yr old was nonverbal until she was almost 2.5 and had surgery to help with her hearing. Just a couple weeks after her surgery her speech therapist (ot and pt) were shocked and excited by the amount she spoke in such a short period of time. My 4yr old has made such an improvement in the last year, and especially in the last month she's finally talking sentences.
