I use to rely on Super Shuttle for years then they left. Last two visits had to rely on Lyft to get to Downtown SF. This looks convenient for day time.

ok but that girl in the very last ten seconds of the video having problem using her clipper card on her phone to pay having troubles I CAN RELATE. idk why, just last week i put it on my phone and it always has problems reading it. oof, if this was new york, the riders would be screaming at me, thankfully, many have been helpful 😅

Some phones have the NFC emitter at the top of the phone. Try turning the top of your phone toward the reader on the gate. That usually works.
