What happened last time?
Well.. Manager Matt, LFG, and Lunkers all went on a rifle hunt in Oklahoma.. they all killed deer and none of them had on the appropriate Hunter orange. Which actually they didn’t have ANY on at all.. so there’s that. Then Flair posted a video the other day where he bought a SxS and shells from a pawn shop. The shells he purchased were old paper shells which back in the day were typically always loaded with lead. And he filmed a duck hunt using those shells...

My grandpas merganser recipe. Take a roster pan, place merganser and a rock in the roster pan, bake until completely burnt. Throw out the merganser and eat the rock.
It's awesome that flair let's other ppl hunt on his property and helps the kill dux .

Option 1. Make a bed of rock salt, lay the duck meat spread out on top of it, layer ice on top of the meat, put in refrigerator for 1 day. Marinate it the next day for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Cook and serve.
Option 2. Get a duck press. Press all the fluids you can out with the press. Take the meat out and tenderize the heck out of it. Press it again. Marinate it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Cook and serve.
I think y’all should try duck/deer marinated in Italian dressing and then grilled
