Instructions are not very clear, I did everything in the video but instead of unlocking Luigi I unlocked some weird German zombie character who kills enemies by screaming at them, is addicted to energy drinks and drives a white car.
I might be missing something, but I have a theory. So there was a long hunt for an 80's pop song called "Ulterior Motives" that lasted for several years. A user named Carl92 uploaded the song claiming he found it lying around in his house somewhere. It turns out that all along it was in a porno that Carl92 had watched but didn't mention since he was embarrassed about watching porn and sent people on a wild goose chase to see if the song had a life outside of the film. What I'm trying to say is that I think LotusMan17 still has the video and isn't telling anyone. Why do I think that? Well keep in mind that LotusMan17 was just fine with giving kids nightmares for the sake of his own amusement. What makes you think he wouldn't keep those kids hunting for the very same video years later for his own amusement as well?

The zombie is a man, actually. But you get to unlock him as a playable character rather than Luigi, which is weird.
