- Hello Friends! I am back with another plant haul from Lowes Garden Center and another local Garden Center. I am very excited about these new perennial finds. I garden in Zone 6b/7a.

Working on 2 part shade part sun borders visible from all directions 1 under a small ornamental Vitex tree and another under a mature Arizona Ash including Shastas, Gomphrena, Hemerocallis, Iris, Coreopsis, Gladiolus, Canna, Kniphofia, Verbena, Roses, Weigela, Woodland Phlox, Dianthus, Blue Fescue, Pink Pampas, Dahlias, Caladiums....etc etc etc they're both fairly large gardens.....fun fun fun. I love getting out there.
I had to google “Hemerocallis”, it’s Daylily… 😂 Aren’t you fancy with the scientific names. WOW!! Great plant choices!!! “”Fairly large gardens” sounds like a HUGE garden!!! Have fun and keep hydrated!!!
I love the white flowers; especially the astilbe. I had the tree trimmers today and compost as mulch will be put down tomorrow.

I just completed my summer containers. I tend to buy the smaller plants at less cost. They grow so fast; doesn't take long for them to grow larger. Silver Falls is a great filler plant. You chose some beautiful flowers!
