The Anna Muzychuk method of calculation Part I | Kosintseva vs Muzychuk

  • She is an epitome of patience, the way she elucidates her thought process is simply amazing! Meet GM Anna Muzychuk, the 2014 and 2016 World Blitz Champion and 2016 World Rapid Champion. She is the fourth women ever in the history of chess to have crossed 2600 after Polgar, Humpy and Hou Yifan.
IM Sagar Shah posed her with a position from her own game - Kosintseva vs Muzychuk from FIDE Grand Prix 2012. Anna remembered the game, but she did not recollect the exact move she played in that position. So she went on to break down her thought process and began to find the best move in the position. What followed next was thoroughly instructive and something whicch should not be missed. You can learn a lot from Anna's explanations.

This sounded like a suspense thriller!
Where you keep guessing the murderer and then the climax throws you into a completely different direction! Which was hinted right at the beginning :D
    Brilliant stuff :D
