Clearing a Jam in Your Machine (Tie-Matic HD+)

How to clear a jam:
1) First, turn off your machine and open the lid.
2) Use scissors to cut the material where it enters the gear segment, just beyond the Nobak assembly.
3) Clear the jam by pulling back on the chute lever and removing the jammed material.
4) Make sure that all material is out of the chute, the twister head, and the other assembly components.
5) Re-feed the material through your machine. (Refer to our video, Installing a Spool & Feeding Your Machine, for feeding steps.)
6) Close the lid and turn your HD+ on and test it to make sure the material is feeding properly.
