I have a hands-free body rig for the Insta360 X4, but when walking it wobbles so much that it gives me motion sickness looking back at the footage, even with the awesome inbuilt stabalisation of the camera. What was the trick to make it smoother?

When MTV came out, even back then some content was just too stressing to watch, of course the main music style covered by that new station, well also not really up my ally as back then i was extremely not flexible when it come to music.
Remember when a video recorder was so heavy you had to carry it on a shoulder like some god damn rocket launcher :.-)
