Being none judgmental is THE best way to make somebody to talk.
Even though this kid should never see daylight again and I'd even say executed for this
Exactly. That is why judgmental parents have kids who would rather confess to other ppl than to themselves.
Yep

Bro turned into a therapist
His true tho.
911 operator when their break is at 6:00 and u call at 6:01
They should be calm. But, they act stupid. They want you to sit on the phone and answer stupid questions that will help nothing, meanwhile there are things you could do to help a situation. I called and reported a house fire. I'm there with the owner keeping the fire at bay till the firetruck arrives. The dude wants me to stay on the phone and tell him my name and all these things that don't matter. I'd told him I was driving by and seen it on fire, that was all I knew. And he starts playing 21 questions. I was just like look bro I'm not gonna sit on the phone and play games. I'm going to hang up and help with this actual emergency. And hung up on him.
For real
Bro just went through a therapy session 😂😂😂
Lol
But too late..
She's getting a full confession on record all while doing her nails.
Yea, and they WOULD be allowed to use it in court; even though the 5th amendment protects against self incrimination. You don’t need the police officers to read you your Miranda rights first; the phone call CAN count as evidence in the trial.
Edit: what I had previously stated was wrong. There, I admit it! Please stop all the bickering.
@@StrongKinghtStudios5th amendment doesn’t apply if you don’t invoke it right? And if you keep talking of your own self accord, it’s negates it?
Sorry, non-American here
@@StrongKinghtStudios Doesn't literally the Miranda rights already says otherwise?
I mean whats the point of saying "Anything you say may or will be used against you", if they can't even reference/quote you for that. That's why they will tell you "You have the right to remain silent".

All the training in the world cannot match natural empathy and that operator's ability to not only stay calm herself, but to also keep the person on the other end of the line calm as well is astounding. She was incredible.
You can actually hear the surprise in that kids voice when she asked him if he was ok, as well as how quickly she calmed him down.
