  • Widely regarded as the nicest man in Hollywood, Henry Winkler’s incredible career was launched by his iconic portrayal of “The Fonz” in Happy Days. Following his recent and critically-acclaimed TV roles in Arrested Development and Barry, Winkler is embracing the power of truth and self-fulfillment outside of showbiz in his new vulnerable memoir, Being Henry. The Emmy Award winning actor, producer, comedian, and director takes the Chicago Humanities stage, led in-conversation with his Barry co-star D’Arcy Carden, to reflect on the ups and downs of his life, all told with his signature charm.

I'm happy to say I've met Henry Winkler 16 times. Including the Oprah show, to Rosie O'Donnell tapings, and the Barry Premiere in Chicago. Him and his wife Stacey are such fabulous people❤

Henry Winkler is awesome! My son's wife met him in the airport a few years ago and said that he was very nice. 👍

Always been a fan my whole life of Henry. So proud of him going through insurmountable challenges that could’ve easily broken someone , however overcame many and adored by millions, myself being only one 😊

I was raised by the Fonz, watching Happy Days in series and sitcom 8 times a day through the entire 70s as a kid. My morals now are pretty much the Fonz's morals (and probably also Gary Marshall) due to this. I even have the Fonz's phobias like liver, his disdain for over-indulging children, and admitting he is wrong lol. Lots of other things I now notice in adult life came from this.

She was not the best interviewer. They should have had somebody who was more relatable. It's like she had no idea who Henry Winkler was and the impact he's had.
