If you use a lot of rollerball pens I would recommend you to use hard shell cases as rollerball pens are most likely to leak. So if your rollerball leaks it won't make a mess as it won't go through the hard bound.

The only rollerball pen that has consistently managed to leak in tution ,home , school anywhere i am is trimax
Then comes v7
And after that gels have leaked more than any rollerball

@@lack_of_braincells i meant that the rollerball pen that had leaked the most after TRIMAX is v7 after that i haven't had any other rollerball leak tho ,
The v7 leaks were never happen now cause i give it a similar treatment as my fountain pens

@N after 4 years of daily use i came to a conclusion
Most pens other than v7 non refillable cant handle the big ass ink barrel s they get there feed gets overflowed
So either use a refillable v7 like pen whose barrel is separate from it ink and clean it like a fountain pen
Or use a pen with a more viscous ink like the uniball eye , 215/217 and air
Or as a final alternative use two inks at a time ,as soon as one is about to leak change to the other and leave the other upright until the other has the same issue till then the ink will settle down
