The Story Of The Whale And Yunus (AS) In The Quran

Prophet Yunus (AS) was one of the 25 prophets Allah mentioned in the Quran. He is also known as Jonah. Surah Yunus is also the 10th surah of the Quran, and Allah revealed it to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) during the Makkan period of his mission. Surah Yunus is in the 11th Juz of the Quran. It contains 109 verses, covering the prophet alongside various other topics.

لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ، وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهْوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، اللَّهُمَّ لاَ مَانِعَ لِمَا أَعْطَيْتَ، وَلاَ مُعْطِيَ لِمَا مَنَعْتَ، وَلاَ يَنْفَعُ ذَا الْجَدِّ مِنْكَ الْجَدُّ
La ilaha illa l-lahu wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahu l-mulku wa lahu l-hamdu, wa huwa `ala kulli shay'in qadir. Allahumma la mani`a lima a`taita, wa la mu`tiya lima mana`ta, wa la yanfa`u dhal-jaddi minka l-jadd
