This is hands down one of the most exciting racing series.

I can only imagine how much pressure Garth and James would’ve been under as they saw Lowndes slowly gaining lap after lap. Most drivers probably would crumple under the pressure, but they didn’t. Definitely one of the greatest underdog stories this mountain has to offer.

Is it me or is the audio messed up? Commentary: left ear, Everything else: right ear. Unfortunately it makes it pretty hard to listen to.

Yeah it was weird for me as well. But it was more that I could barely hear the cars but the commentary was loud and clear
I think this was back when another channel broadcasted Supercars, Channel 7 or something most likely so I'd say it was them trying not to get copyrighted but still use the footage

Why are there no TV graphics? Like position leaderboard, the gap from Tander to Lowndes, etc?
My guess; This was hosted by Channel 7 or something and they'd get copyrighted using the graphics and audio

Perhaps that deal fell through and they've kept it quiet since it's been ages since the last Superarchive upload

Even back then Skaife was in love with Whincup & still is...just listen to his commentary when Whincup drives....You can hear the drool coming out....
No way is it the original commentary. It's all re-edited, and therefore destroyed the true experience!
Taking away the background sound of the V8 roar has ruined the whole experience!

It was because of channel 7 broadcasting it; meaning this channel is unable to use the footage or they'd get copyrighted

@@nathanielpillar8012 I'm not exactly sure if what I'm saying is true, but judging by the fact they've had to remove graphics in the past that have 7 on it, I wouldn't be surprised if this is an extra precaution
