ABOUT…
I am Rebecca and I am one heck of a passionate vocal coach/singer/songwriter/impressionist/health/fitness/self- improvement/anything that makes me smile!! I love anything vocal/singing related and geek out on it every day. I want to motivate and inspire others to follow their dreams…corny? Well maybe but it’s true. So what’s motivating me?? I had a huge tumour removed summer 2017 and my ovaries and fallopian tubes. The tumour was the size of a 20 week baby!! However, despite not being able to walk for a couple of weeks, and feeling generally awful…. It has made me create and do what I love! It wasn’t an easy time but I won’t let fear dictate my life. I didn’t think ‘why me’, there are plenty of horrific issues people have to deal with…it’s not always smooth sailing. It’s true when you hear, ‘Life is short’, the crazy thing is, I am glad it happened…I appreciate life even more and practice gratitude everyday…It’s so easy to get caught up with the little things…and I do sometimes, but look at the bigger picture, will it matter in a year or two…?

Jungkook has been writing lyrics on bts songs for along time. He has been working on his own songs for a while now. He has written some songs for bts to. Rm made it very clear that he didn't help jungkook at all . Even suga made it clear that he didn't help . Because they know jungkook can do it on his own and doesn't need help. They support and respect as person and artists.

he wrote this for us fans! he said he was one day in his dark room and suddenly he came up with this melody and started working on the song until he was satisfied with it. this is his first official solo track (outside of bts), he's been also working on a mixtape and i can't wait to hear what it will sound like. jungkook has been surprising me a lot with his recent songs.
ikr? i'm actually really curious whether it's jungkook or taehyung to release their mixtape first! i'm pretty sure that taehyung said he had about 11 solo songs ready that might make into his mixtape! they are gonna MURDER us T_T

I'm so happy to see you reacted to Jungkook's first solo song! As others have said, he wrote and co-produced Still With You. The backing vocals you liked are also done by him. Jungkook did an amazing job on this song, and I'm so glad you enjoyed it.
I've seen other people who said it made them think of coffee bars. Listeners have imagined a small jazz club in New Orleans with a live band, the spotlight on a solo singer. Others picture themselves walking through the rain under an umbrella. So, you're absolutely correct about the sounds and instrumentals evoking soft, chill emotions.
Thank you for pointing out the vocal techniques he used, and thank you for all the kind words about the song. I agree. The jazzy sound was a nice surprise. Jungkook does some R&B with his solo song My Time, if you're interested.

I heard that this song was to express his love for the fans, army, and how much he misses them during this quarantine. He also says that he’s still with us through these hard times. I don’t know how true this is though, but it’s such a cute explanation

The lyrics to this song are so precious, i cant - the image of a young boy so madly in love that he runs towards his beloved with soaked feet not caring about any obstacles...ahhh, so sweet, JK loves ARMY so much ;) it's also important that he wrote and produced it himself, more vocal line production, we love that!
I cried a lot when I listened to this song, and when I saw that he Kookie named link on SoundClaud ''thankyouarmy2020''. I love him so much. 💜💜💜
