I think the BTAS figures are just select stores only and they’re slow getting them out. I went to a Target yesterday and nothing. Same Target tonight after an employee at another Target told me (and showed me his device) that they had them. Sure enough, full wave sitting there (including Chase Scarecrow) on the shelf, but no Batcycle. One interesting thing, the Robin box was pretty bad and the Chase Scarecrow hook a bit bent, so I asked if they had more as the employee at the other Target told me they had six Mr Freeze figures alone. She told me they only had six total figures (which I had with her at the time). So not sure if the Mr Freeze DPCI is the same as for the rest of the figures. Also, Target Circle offer didn’t work on them, but 5% birthday coupon did.

I kid you not, because of your buddy I look under target shelves and I found an original monster high laguna blue from 2009-10. The Box was obviously beat up a bit for being under the shelf for so long. Sold it for $240 on eBay 8 days later.
