Pasta omelette pizza with green onions and mozzarella
🔹 150 g (5.3 oz) pasta
🔹 5 eggs
🔹 1 tomato
🔹 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
🔹 3 tbsp tomato sauce
🔹 60 g (2 oz) mozzarella
🔹 bunch of parsley
🔹 green onions
🔹 salt
🔹 black pepper
🔹 olive oil
