When I lived in Vegas, we went to this park multiple times. We've had our own experiences there but one of my girl friends had a terrifying one that changed her life completely. She swore she wouldn't go back and she hasn't. I moved away from Vegas a few years ago but the park still sticks with me. Great video!
I have family in Vegas. I’ve taken my cousins to this park. It’s a somewhat normal park during the day. But at night it takes on another life entirely.

It's hard to learn much about a haunting or it's entities in just 4 or 8 hour investigations generally months or years apart.
That Estes method session was unbelievable. WOW. I am surprised you didn't react even more when Ryan answered spot on to your questions over and over. That was insane.

I think it would be really cool to see what goes on during editing when you realize what EVP's you couldn't understand in the moment had actually said. Are your reactions pretty crazy? I've always been curious about that.
For example, what was the reaction when you realized you caught an EVP of a car crash sound and then someone saying hey? Also, when you caught that incredible apparition at The Devil's chair. I wanna know what your reaction was to that as well.
Not to mention how they are doing a great job at taking a word and understanding what many of the spirits are trying to express. They aren't always on point but, Ryan acts like a investigator to scrap the unlikely and what seems to be the most obvious is generally the answer.

I grew up in Rhode Island and I've had numerous experiences in different locations. Most of them weren't necessarily scary, but a few left me scared witless 😆. I love how respectful you all are and how you've helped some move on to the light.
This was so crazy! I was so surprised to see that you guys went to Fox Ridge park because I almost went there on Halloween myself! I didn't want to go all by myself so I eventually decided to not to but now my curiosity has grown even more to see the place in person!
I found out that you guys are the best paranormal investigators in the US, but not only in the US, also over the ocean! For example in entire Europe ( most in Germany 🇩🇪, Austria 🇦🇹, Switzerland 🇨🇭, France 🇫🇷, Poland 🇵🇱, Sweden 🇸🇪 ect

I heard of Established Titles from a true crime CZcamsr and thought, that's gotta be fishy. To be fair, getting paperwork for a land you're supposed to own can get complicated and this company just hands certificates like candy. I wish CZcamsrs at least did some research. They do it for cases or paranormal locations and their backgrounds but can't do research on sponsors.

I caught the most bone chilling EVP at this park and so many other crazy things. The evidence was incredible. I live in Vegas and would go there with my friends all the time. That experience is what made me believe in the paranormal.

I would be really interested to know the history of the land in this location going back a few hundred years. Definitely so much energy in this location! Also, loving the production quality of your more recent videos. I thought it was interesting that the entity would not give you a name. Demons always want to keep their name hidden, so wonder if you were speaking to one the whole time?

I'm seeing everywhere that established titles is a huge scam. Last heard of it from Mr. Ballen and he said that he had to repost his video without the sponsor from them because they have never gotten any money from them. I can take a snapshot and put it here if it's allowed. Everyone that has been sponsored by them has said the same thing.
Was just about to post this myself. Was very worried for the boys when I saw who was sponsoring the video. Mr Ballen didn't get paid and well as other content creaters. The company is based in Hong Kong and you don't actually get a piece of land like they say you do, the company is very misleading, all a money making scam that are taking advantage of CZcams creaters.

12mph? That's a little comfort breeze! I live in Iowa and everyday is about 20-30mph with gust as high as 50mph. This is almost daily. That's why it gets -40° - -50° during winter, the wind just cuts you in half. Sucks, but I've been here almost 20yrs now so I'm use to it and always prepared. Keep up your great work guys!

I have been binge watching all the investigations from when they first started out and I have seen all their investigations plenty of times, but I never get bored of watching these guys. Over and over again
they have come so far since they started out, but the consistency and the genuineness of these guys has never changed all their investigations are transparent.
