Is this a Bigfoot track? ASMR

- Relax as I take you along with me and my dog for a walk in the woods. Along the way my dog finds what appears to be a Sasquatch footprint. I wished I had thought to hold the camera down close to the ground so that you could see how deep the impression appears to be, which looks to be about 8mm. Since this video was made, I've returned to the area only to see that the track has been wiped out by a tire tread.
Because of the strange nature of this footage, I’ve been sitting on this video for some time, debating on whether or not to use it on my channel. My Patreon Patrons seemed to think that I should make it viewable to everyone, plus, the video made me fall asleep each time I viewed it. Therefore, for your viewing pleasure I present this video as an ASMR sleep aid. You can think whatever you want I guess, but I don't think it's real, more like the work of some hoaxers. If you have any Bigfoot stories of your own, it might be interesting if you could share them in the comments.
Now, you may be wondering if I believe in Bigfoot. In all my time in the woods, I've never seen anything, though I have heard my share of weird noises. Someone would have to produce a body, dead or alive, and the science world would have to validate the findings before I would ever say such a thing exist. As fun as the topic is, I could never accept that Bigfoot is real until proven and until then I'll just consider such a thing to be a mystery, but, mysteries can be fun and extemely interesting.

Oh that was definitely Bigfoot since there was only one track. If there were two or more it would have been Bigfeet. Ever wonder why it's referred to in the singular? It's because Bigfoot is a monoped, and hops around like a pogo stick. Seriously. :-)

Hate to tell you but everything you've found, even the tent looking foliage (possibly it's bedding), the bent tree, and the fact that your dog was on alert point to tell tale squatch signs, even the wood clapping is a way they communicate, good thing it wasn't throwing rocks at you that is what they tend to do if they don't like you

Those are likely bear tracks. They are often mistaken for bigfoot tracks because of their size and the 5 toes. They way bears walk often leaves a "heel" print as well which gets put together with the front foot print to make it look like one giant print. I would be much more worried about encountering a bear in these woods than a bigfoot! :) A very nice video though. The crunching sound of the footprints with the nature noises was very relaxing! You should take us on these journeys more often :D

According to Jacobs Tree Surgery, the bent trees happen "because when trees are crowded they can’t sway in the wind. That movement is what causes a tree to develop a strong, tapered trunk. Strong lignin bonds develop in the tree’s xylem as a reaction to bending."

Spent a few sightings a Bigfoot up in a Sierra Nevada near up near my restaurant I was cooking some chocolate chip pancakes I went outside to take a break from the kitchen cuz this was good from all the truckers coming through I thought of something saw something the trees and it was big it was hairy and it's like 9 ft and it was big and his arms were swinging there's no doubt but I was looking at what's a big fat Sasquatch and I know that guard the gold up here in the Sierra Nevada's because up in those caves was where they did got a gold mining prospecting was done up there when the big bust came up

This video definitely does have a bit of a creepy vibe to it. It felt weirdly ominous to me, epsecially after you found that footprint looking thing. More likely than not, it wasn't really anything, but it's definitely kind of strange.

Theories that came to my mind, since I (can't report for anyone but myself) could not see the footprint you saw until you outlined it but knew from the title I needed to look for one, I sort of saw a different footprint vaguely on top of what you saw (perhaps it was yours I was picking out) but it reminds me of how humans are so trained to recognize faces that we see faces where there aren't faces, maybe we're also trained (btw not the right word, maybe the word is hardwired) to see handprints and footprints since they're also fairly distinctly human and you just picked a "footprint" out of nothing. I don't know, it was just a thought I had based on what went through my mind as I watched the video.
I understand perfectly what you are saying. There was indeed an impression there, but, it's just hard for me to accept something like that, especially in my area. What bothers me the most is the attention my dog paid to that spot and his odd behavior during the time we were there.

RelaxingASMR I have a Shiba as well I love her sooo mich. shibas are so quirky, and special. mine (her name is Sammie) is a rescue so she has some issues but I wouldn't trade her for the world. :)

I picked it up before you outlined it, very subtle indicators. I do spend a lot of time outdoors. The fact that there is only one, leads me to believe maybe if it is a print that somebody was playing a prank. But at first I thought it was a smaller hoof print from the wildlife then there were subtle indicators. But like I said if it is a print maybe someone playing a prank. But then again mother nature works in mysterious ways naturally. But hey that is much better than being in a state park going off the trail and finding a very square and shallow hole resembling a shallow grave with dirt next too it. Not to mention it being extremely square and 6 foot long and 5 foot deep lol.

It looked very much like one just without a body in it. It was out of sight off the main trail and would have gone unnoticed. I bailed out of the area and brought the sheriff back to have a look at it for safety's sake. Yes it was creepy for sure. It was definitely not park maintenance related and not a hole you'd find everyday for sure.
I do believe that it is possible for some type of ape-like species to live in the woods and only come out at certain times, such as at night. There are just far too many thousands of reports from lots of states about such a creature, with many people having terrifying encounters of it intimidating them.
Now, it could be that in this case, a dog could have stepped side by side twice and somehow (even if the odds are pretty high) made the "toe" portion from paws. The other portion may have already been there.

Consider the following.
Your dog picked up the scent and you closely analyzed what appeared to be a track. Upon careful observation you noticed what the track looked like and began to question yourself.
So, was you’re mind playing tricks on what you clearly analyzed?
Or was you’re presuppositions about the topic causing you to doubt what you were seeing?
Based on you’re dog acting weird, tree bend, tree shelter, and wood knocks, I would consider not trusting your presuppositions?
However, I admit that my own presuppositions are slightly bias.

Science would have to validate beyond a doubt before I could accept it, but an excellent mystery. I can't divulge the location, but after finding this possible track, I did some poking around and found out there is an investigator working this region.
Bill, from a scientific perspective I'm also sceptical over the whole thing. For me (seeing as I have two science degrees and get asked a lot of odd questions), never take ANYONE seriously with regards to Bigfoot, or whatever you want to call them, until they refer to it by it's scientific name. So many people play off of myths for money...and that's tragic to any scientist.
It is most likely a hoax, however if the video goes down by the weekend, it's real.
