- Cockpit Familiarisation
Bevor startup and flying around with any aircraft you have to be familiar, at least with the essential instruments and you shud know where the necessary switches are.
In this video, we guide you through the cockpit from the pilots perspective.
You will get a basic understanding of the purpose of Switches, Instruments and radios, and where you find them inside the cockpit. - Hry
I'm really happy to see my favorite helicopter sim in the spotlight for helicopter newbies. =)
Great video. I look forward to the next in the series.
Well done! Very detailed yet easy to understand and follow!!
Huge praise for making these fantastics tutorials. 🙏 I'm keen to start flying helis in DCS and this is perfect for a beginner. I was wondering what controllers you use for cyclic, collective and pedals? Thanks!
You are welcome to join our European helicopter squad Black Angels.
You also may contact my for some dual flight training. This will boost your efforts like an hypersonic rocket.
Thank you for this.
Excellent video thank you.
Looking forward to the rest of the training. I just got a WORTHOG HOTAS & rudder pedals finding it much better to control the aircraft. So getting back into the Heuy.
excellent! please more of that!
Many thanks for your feedback. Already working on No. 2 and a basic video comparing airplane and helicopter fundamentels. : )
@@lowlevelheaven It would be awesome, if you could do a bit more of the indepth flight training then too! love your content!
I will continue this series into basic and advanced flight training.
After the startup tutorial, we go on with "basic" tutorials like take-off and landings, and so on. Do you have something special in mind ?
Please let me know.
Du you already the Videos about airwork and traffic pattern, as well as the associated Missions available at the ED Website?@@konturgestalter
@@lowlevelheaven I definitely would be interested in a more intensive helicopter training with all the different basic and advanced maneuvers. There is really nothing serious to be found on youtube so far and I would love to get some indepth flight training. You have a great teaching quality level and i would be stocked to see a multipart training series.
That's our intention, but first things first. And it takes time. : )
