It looks better if you do the 11 dc, because it leaves the first and last one both being worked on the same side of the chain. I worked mine in the ch 1 space because of this.

Not sure how to send my picture of this square, it turned out very well. Started it at night. got to the rounds with the back post around the 10 stiches almost threw it all in the trash. Waited until this morning to pick it back up and it turned out very nice. I have only been crochet since Nov 2017
I love this pattern. So I tried it. My first one I messed up lol i kind of got lost in the middle. I used yarn I had laying around the house and a G/6 Hook.

Is it possible to crochet around this square to make a big granny square and keeping this squqare in thr centre? How should I proceed with the cluster stitches along the sides and corners please? Thanks in advance :) and thanks for the great videos!!

Thank heavens you're leaving them up on CZcams Nadia, because I'm so far behind you. I am doing a king size cover for my king size bed, and I can't wait to see it finished, I'm doing it in all sorts of colours , my husband loves it too, I'm going to really miss doing all these squares when it's finished, I'll have to do all the family covers as well, that should keep me going for a while because I've got 3 daughters who are all married and have got 7 grandchildren between them and I have a son too, So happy days.

If you keep the same gauge, are all these 365 granny sqaures supposed to turn out to be equal size?.... OK I just see that this particular square turns out to be 20 cm. Was the idea for it to be slightly smaller?
