    Ok. Nothing really special here but his strength it's not about the exercises he does, it's about the incredible strategies he's using during his fights. Distance, timing and conviction. Bravo!

    you mentioned hip flexors important for muay thai. Would you say you can train it everyday? I don't feel "Doms" from training it at as such
