looks like that framework was to keep it's shape during transport & should have been removed. also being a bit lower than other would suggest primary & secondary culverts

Just a suggestion. Get a 10 inch ryobi chainsaw. They are battery operated. Home Depot. Small and easy to use.

We agree with you. We wanted to move them cause we hate them there but yes they were too heavy.
