金魚街漫遊Goldfish Street (通菜街Tung Choi Street)|

1950年代起，油麻地火車站（鄰近今日的旺角東站）附近有很多小販販賣金魚和紅蟲，其後轉至界限街及花墟道一帶。
1970年代中期，金魚商販認為該處不准於白天販賣的規定不便，加上當時養魚的興起，使他們打算搬到固定的店鋪繼續經營。他們選擇了旺角道至水渠道的一段通菜街作為大本營。由於他們售賣金魚為主，所以俗稱魚街。
Goldfish Street (Chinese: 金魚街) or Goldfish Market - is a section of Tung Choi Street, north of Bute Street.There are numerous of shops selling tropical freshwater and marine fish, reptiles, vivariums etc.[citation needed] The shops open around 11 o'clock in the morning. There are also quite a few restaurants or street food vendors on this street.
There have been proposals to redevelop the area which may put the Goldfish market in jeopardy. There have also been reports about the sale of threatened or endangered species.
The market is located close to other local attractions, such as the Flower Market and the Bird Market.
