The Eugene Sandow workout was similar to what you described discussing the pink muscle theory. His plan used dumbbells starting extremely light for moderate reps, with the reps ramping up each consecutive workout until you're at 100 reps. Then you drop back to moderate reps and increase the weight, repeating the process over and over again.

I’m a little late here but I do believe kenichi training routine has a point because I make cement and cut down trees and let me tell you, I used to move 90 lbs bag of cement from one point A to point B for 10 hours as my job and I used to make cement too so I had to lift up the bags constantly and eventually it was a strain, not gonna lie, but if you really push through it, you’ll get stronger guaranteed. Even if I wasn’t making cement, my dad would cut down trees and those logs, man they were heavy and hard to cut with an axe but eventually it got easier, I’m not the biggest guy but because of everything I’ve done, I do have a lot of strength and endurance in me because of all the hours I worked. So heavy endurance training does work but do take breaks because if you just keep going without taking a little breather or drinking some sort of water, you’re gonna faint, that’s a given

Just wanted to say, I purchased the Athletic Hero Build and have not been disappointed. Legitimately, I've been more motivated and have been sticking with the workout far more than any others I've tried, and it's given me confidence and peace of mind that I've not had in ages. I know that by sticking with it, I'll look incredible by the end of the 10 months, and I just wanted you to know that your program has done more for me than any others out there. I'm 6'3" and around 310 pounds, so I'm excited to see where all that thicccness will go and how I'll look by the end. I'm hoping I'll be having to walk sideways through doors in a good way this time.
If you'd like, at the end of the program, I'll send before, during, and after photos for use as a testimonial- I want other people to get the same level of confidence and results and support your channel in other ways than just watching without adblock/buying one workout program.
Thank you for indirectly helping me work hard and stay motivated, and please keep doing what you're doing- you're helping at least one dude achieve his goals.

My favorite? Gotta be saitama, for that classic 100, 100, 100 thing. As a quick point, I can attest to at least the fitness results, if not the actual biological technicality of the pink fiber thing.
I was on that kind of workout for 3 months or so, starting from saitamas workout, modified only with 100 sideways leg raises for the hips and 30 pullups, plus shadowboxing instead of running to save my knees. I then went from 100 to 500 reps in those 3 months, with breaks no longer than it took me to start the next rep. To clarify, breaks did happen, it wasnt all in one set, more like 25 to one set day 1, and 100 to one set at the end. I did definitely see the sorts of improvements in muscular endurance, and punching power that you would expect from a traditional workout, meaning that both muscular endurance and explosive power increased on the same kind of growth curve that you'd get in the form of mass from newbie gains with conventional. I stopped because I was an amateur doing 500 bad form squats every day while also riding a bike with bad form up a hill for a mile every day, and shredded my knees, whereupon I overhauled the entire routine to something more normal, but if my form had been better, I could see myself still being on that today. Just wanted to share. Hope you actually see this, cause I thought you might find it an interesting case.

I think the most practical gym for a person with superhuman strength not counting high artificial gravity would be resistance machines that use hydraulic presses instead of weights. With a pair of hydraulic presses it could produce the equivalent of multiple metric tons of weight. Best case would be a high tech setup that changes to match the users size and could enable performing bench presses, squats, overhead presses, deadlifts, and rows. There was Mr. Incredible’s uses of freight containers in a rail yard works, but takes a lot of space and would be dangerous since if an accident would require construction equipment to get off. That would be perfect for Thor in Guardians 3 since a resistance machine with hydraulic presses could fit inside the Guardians ship.

    1) thanks for this video now I have a better idea what to do plus with that WvsC one too it help a ton
    2) I’ll say kenichi because he was Forced to rep that high. Everyone else choose to wreck their body body but even if he died he was revive and told to rep more like my god the thirst in that teenager was unreal

There are two cardio exercise machines that come to mind here. The rowing machine has a thing to adjust how much it seems like the cable weighs. The second is this ski machine they have at the gym I go to, where you hold cables with your hands and do the arm motion of skiing. It is really good for the triceps and lats, but if you do it right, feel it in the legs, lower chest, even shoulders! I like it, I do 250 meter sprints on it superset with heavy bag.
On a different note, there are a lot of anime characters who look less built than they are, on the contrary, Johnny Storm from 90s Fantastic 4 looks way bigger than he should!
I think the pink muscle fibre is comparitive to someone who spent most of their life doing manual labor. I was at a gym one time and there was one guy who looked like he used steroids doing deadlifts. He got up to around 450 or so. Then this 65 year old man who wasn't huge, but spent his whole life doing deadlifts stepped up beside him, loaded 605 on the bar and lifted it. Akasame may be right.
