Lauren Lapkus is one of the funniest people on the planet.
I did exactly the same thing, I paused the movie briefly after starting, called my fiancé and restarted it. It was genuinely laugh out loud funny all the way through with actual belly laughs! This interview was excellent, Conan is still sharp as ever!

CptAwesome it doesn't seem like they are short of funds. You're probably better off supporting comics directly by going to their websites and buying their albums/merchandise so at least you know it's going directly to struggling artists who aren't performing at the moment

What a talent and so refreshing to see a female who is not the conventional & stereotypical “beauty” achieve success.
I became a fan of Lauren after seeing her play Sci fi fan Denise in The Big Bang Theory, so knowing she's never seen Star Wars or LOTR is surprising!

Just watched the movie after seeing this Interview and it was a lot of fun. As Conan said her Performance was amazing and I really hope this is a big push for her career. (though to be honest the beginning felt very cringy)
I also really appreciate, that she put some effort into the setup for her interview. This makes the interview so much more enjoyable.
(I hate when people that could afford a professional film crew don't even bother getting a microphone or setting up some nice lighting and just use their AirPods.)
She played quite an unlikable person on Crashing, so didn't care much for her then, but committed fully to The Wrong Missy in a way that makes her very likeable.
Conan is the man. His hair in this video was almost as funny as he was.

Since I saw her in The Wrong Missy, I fell in love with her, and if I were a film director, I'd cast Lauren to make a comedy movie, absolutely. I must also admit that a friend of mine told me; sometimes I think you look like her, so I could conclude that I'm like Lauren Lapkus but, male version. Whereby my question is, is that good for a man?

I love Conan! I look at the rotten tomatoes and it's a tpyical Adam Sandler production reviewed movie 33%. Actually that's pretty good. But Conan "likes it" has nothing to do with the fact he's interviewing the person in the film. 😆

Having seen part of the movie (it was awful, I had to stop) it surprised me to hear Conan be kind about it, but actually, he never compliments the movie but only her performance.
